I really, really love the training!!! Iam getting results in my body and love hearing people tell me how great I am looking. I have gotten stronger on every exercise, and the only one that i still can't do is an unassisted pullup. that is my long term goal for myself! The diet has been very easy to follow and I have really been almost perfect on it. I think I had sushi for dinner one night, so if that's my worst cheat, so be it!
I want to keep going with everything and really see what my body can do! Let me know what you want to tweak for the next round, i'm game for anything!!!

Guess what?! I got my Bod Pod results and since my last reading on 3/24, just 23 days ago, I have gained 2.6 pounds of muscle and lost 2.5 pounds of fat!!! My body fat percentage is now 24.4%, which is 1.9% lower than the last reading! Thank you so much for your help! I have tried so many different things since I started training 6 years ago, and nothing has worked like this. I cannot believe that I have put on that much muscle that quickly. The highest my lean mass has ever been was 103.5 at the end of 2005, and I wasn't sure that I could ever get back up to that - now I think I can get beyond that! I am THRILLED!!! THANK YOU!!

Spring '07 Transformation– Jenn Jackson
Congratulations to Jenn Jackson of the Spring Team Fitbody, who over the course of a very challenging 20 weeks completely transformed her body going from an average woman to a Figure model and NPC National Figure competitor.
Jenn’s hard work and dedication have taken her from 24% bodyfat at 142 lbs to 11% bodyfat at 127 lbs. In the process, Jenn lost 15 lbs of fat, gained 5 lbs of muscle and gained a new respect for what she can accomplish.
She took First and the Overall title at her very first figure show – a large National Qualifier against more than 50 incredible athletes. Watch for Jenn on National stages this year. I would not be surprised if an IFBB Pro Card was in her future with this kind of determination!

I would like to give the biggest thank you ever to Julie Lohre. She has truly changed my life. When I submitted my week 1 photo I really didn’t even think she would want to work with me. I looked horrible. I felt horrible. Julie has been there every week, every day, sometimes even by the hour J to help encourage, motivate, and totally support my fitness goals. She had way more confidence in me accomplishing my goals than I did. I really just wanted to maybe be able to get in good enough shape to try a figure show and not look out of place. Julie is the most positive and inspiring person I have ever met. She is my total role model. I could never do this without you!! Thank you sooo much Julie!!
Being a part of Team Fit Body is a must for anyone thinking of competing. Our Fit Body Team has some of the most awesome women. Everyone is so friendly and always willing to help. There are veterans to the sport and brand new people like me. Just check out the discussion board and you won’t believe all the support that’s there. I have made some really great friends being a part of the team! Thanks chicks :)

....It just amazes me to think that I started working with you just over 2 years ago, right before your first pro show and look at you NOW! AND if someone had tried to tell me then that I would be competing on stage and having so much fun at it, I would have thought they were crazy. I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve not been near as committed and dedicated to workouts and dieting as you have, heavens knows I like to cheat and can get carried away, but I’ve learned so much from you and am so thankful that you talked me into taking that ‘leap’ into walking on stage for the first time!
I’m proud to report that I competed in an INBF show on Saturday night that was a couple hours from here and I FINALLY walked away with my very first 1st PLACE trophy and also a WNBF Pro Card. This was only the second show I had ever done with the organization, but we’ll see! I was completely floored!!
I celebrated for a couple days but had to get back on ‘track’ cause I have a local NPC show a week from Saturday. Just wanted to share my good news and say THANKS AGAIN for convincing this quiet, shy girl that she could shine on stage!

When I contacted Julie and decided to start working with her, doing a figure competition was the furthest thing from my mind. I just wanted to tone up and build some muscle. Julie didn’t pressure me to compete but said that we could see how the training went and then maybe look at doing a show in the spring of 2006 if I wanted. After the first 2 months on Julie’s program, I had seen so many changes in my body that I definitely decided to work towards a competition in the spring. I met Julie and her husband Rick for the first time when they came to Charlotte, NC for the Charlotte Pro on September 30, and little did I know that within the next few days she would have me convinced to compete in a figure competition on October 22 (YES, LESS THAN 3 WEEKS AWAY!!!). Julie switched me to the contest prep diet and workout, and those 3 weeks were a blur. I was extremely nervous but placed 3rd in the 10/22 show and then ended up doing another show on 10/29 and placed 2nd. I’m very excited about my progress and plans to come. I want to thank Julie for all her help, guidance, and motivation, it’s been great and I couldn’t have done it on my own.

Thank you! Because of you I was able to break through my fears and reach my goals! It was the best feeling having you behind me at the show as well as the team. I have lost a total of 15 pounds 4 ounces I have lost-to-date (12 weeks)! I
have been working hard and am really happy. We went to friends Saturday and
went swimming. It was the first time I put on my swimsuit since the first
pictures we took to send you. I felt sooooo much better. I wasn't ashamed
or embarrassed getting in and out of the pool; it was a wonderful feeling.
My friend said I looked great. I hadn't told her I was loosing weight, but
I did mention once that I had started going to a gym. They had gone to
Punta Cana with us in February, so she could tell how much better I looked
in a swim suit.

I just wanted to thank you again for being such an inspiration to me and the whole Team Fit Body this spring. After being frustrated with the results I was getting on my own you were able to help me push thru that plateau. With your help I was able to gain 10.5 lbs of muscle during the 16 week program. Being a part of the Team was an amazing experience. Proving being friends and competitors can provide an incredible support system.
I use things I've learned from you and those meetings every day.

To Julie, thank you so much for your great posing dvd, I practiced every night with"you", and learned a lot. I'm 42 years old (young) and strarted this only 3 1/2 month's ago, and I think I did pretty good, I finished 6th in a big show. I'm definitly hooked, and want to continue. program.
Thanks Julie. You don't know how much I appreciate your encouragement and
your expertise in knowing how to put everything together to make it work. I
know it takes my doing what you tell me, but until I had your help, I just
didn't know where to start or how do accomplish my goals.
The body fat was my major problem, and I had given up. I really had to
think long and hard before I e-mailed you for help. I kept telling myself
there was "NO WAY" I could follow a program using weights, cardio, and low
fat eating. It seemed impossible. After much soul searching I put my faith
in you. Thank you very much. I am looking forward to another 11 pounds,
more inches, and more fat loss.

Success Story: Fay S.
After having 4 children and putting herself on the side for too long, at 42 Fay decided that she wanted to take charge of her body. Inside she knew that she had the potential to have the body of a fitness model. Turns out that with a little help, she was correct. In the 7 months that Fay has been training with me, she has completely transformed her body!
