Take this summer to transform your body and show off your incredible results at the fall Physique Competitions! The FitBody Team will consist of women dedicated to taking their physiques to a whole new level and coming into Figure or Fitness shows at their personal best. Through a combination of individual attention and group meetings, women will get expert advice about their personal needs and team support for motivation and overall success! **Now includes 2 weeks post contest to help you transition to your off season!

This program includes:
- Initial consultation to discuss your goals and help you with goal setting prior to our first team meeting
- Full workout plans (weight training and cardio) specifically designed for you that change along with your body.
- Nutrition & supplement recommendations based on your personal needs
- Personal scheduled phone check-ins with Julie throughout the program **NEW THIS SEASON!
- Tracking with 9 site body comp analysis and measurements to assess your progress before each team meeting
- Personal advice about your physique to help emphasize your strengths and bring up your weaknesses.

Group Meetings will help you stay motivated to reach your goals and provide you with a support system! You will be part of a team, sharing experiences and ideas with other women just like you! Group sessions will take place in Northern Kentucky and will cover:
- Posing, Posing, and more posing!
- Goal Setting & Motivation
- Stage Presence
- Contest Tanning
- Hair & Makeup for stage as well as fitness modeling
- Suit & Shoe Selection
- Final Week Preparation Plan
- Cardio & Training techniques for the Figure athlete
- Nutrition for the Figure athlete
- Post Contest Programs (Training & Nutrition) to help you transition from the show into your off season!

2007 Team Fitbody RESULTS!

The Spring team had an incredibly successful spring season!  In addition to bringing home 11 trophies from the NPC Northern Kentucky Bodybuilding and Figure National Qualifier most of the women went on compete multiple times throughout the spring with overwhelming success.  From first place trophies to achieving lifelong personal goals, everyone came out of the team experience with a new found confidence and a lot of new friends. 

So how much exactly can you change?  Here are your results from the Spring Team Program (combined from the 16 and 12 week teams).

Result Summary:
Average Body Fat Lost:  6.7% (ranging from 3%-13%)
Average Weight Lost:  9.9 lbs (ranging from 0-21 lbs)
Average Fat Lost:  10.5 lbs (ranging from 5-20 lbs)
     
Average Body Fat: 
        Start: 20.8% (ranging from 13%-27%)
        End: 14.1% (ranging from 10%-21%)   
Average Weight:
        Start: Weight:  135 lbs (ranging from 117-154 lbs)
        End: 125 lbs (ranging from 106-137 lbs)     
Average Lbs of Fat:    
        Start: 28.1 lbs  (ranging from 17-36 lbs)
        End: 17.6 lbs  (ranging from 12-28 lbs)     

Individually the people who made the biggest changes:
Weight loss:  Karrie C - 21 lbs
Bodyfat % and lbs of fat lost:  Jenn J - 13% lost and 20 lbs of fat
