Personal Information: I am 30 Years old, and recently a new mommy!! to a beautiful 7 month old Girl!!!! I am pursuing my personal training education, and I am currently working with great client's and of course an world wide athlete and an amazing woman, JULIE:) I have always been very athletic, and involved with strength training and outdoor activities (foot ball with the boys). I am currently chasing my DREAM of becoming an IFBB Professional Fitness Athlete!!!!! S0 i can help show other athletes out there and anyone in that fact, that anything is possible if you stick to it long enough, and give it all you have!!!!
So far my biggest acomplishment's have been preparing for my first show and just the transformation alone, not only physically but mentally and emotionally it shows me what a competitor really goes through. I could not have done this without the example of Juile, and her not giving up on herself!
Transformation info - How much have you changed in what period of
time. What things have most helped you make that transformation?
Wow, my transformation's have been HUGE!!!! I started at 24% body fat i am now below 12% and dropping, I am just taken back that just by plugging in with Julie, and following her step by step system, that any one can change no matter where they are at! I have been able to do this starting 4 weeks after the birth of my daughter, and I have done most of my dramatic changing in the past 4 months with Julie and lost 44 pounds total since my daughters birth. Staying focused and having Julie be there when she said she would, has made all the difference.. just seeing all the beautiful woman she has helped inspires me everyday!!!
What do you enjoy most about fitness?
The challenge of change and knowing that i am getting stronger. The final weeks of prep, recharges me!!
What are your fitness goals? To obtain a Pro Card in Fitness/Figure
What motivates you to maintain a healthy lifestyle? Being held accountable to my self, being an example for my family and helping all those around me achieve there fitness GOALS and DREAMS!
What is the best part about working with Julie? Everything, i know she pushes me and tells me like it is in a loving sweet way. But most importantly she is not suggesting to any one to do something she herself has not done, and or is not doing, she is trully a CHAMP!!
What is the worst part about working with Julie? Honestly!!! Nothing, and really i am not just saying that, maybe that's because when you want to win bad enough, you are willing to do whatever it takes, and listen to the BEST!!
