In Person Consultative Training
If you are able to come to the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area frequently, you can train with Julie in a unique new program.
Combining bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) consultations for body composition checks, journal checks, goal setting, photos and measurements with complete nutrition, weightlifting, cardio and supplement programs specifically for you.
This program provides one on one support and progress tracking for lots of motivation.
This program is suited for the woman that values in person meetings for both motivation and accountability or the competitor that wants one on one guidance and advice.

On-Line Personal Training
This program is perfect for the woman who wants to get into her personal best shape, but is not intersted in competing at this time.
Are you ready to take your body to the next level? Whether or not you are near the Northern KY/Cincinnati area, I can help you get into the best shape of your life! I will work with you to create a complete program to allow you to reach YOUR goals!
This program includes:
● Full initial consultation by phone.
● Customized workout programs throughout your training that change along with your progress and take away the guess work.
● Continued personal consultative help throughout the program.
● Personalized nutrition and supplementation plans.
● Progress tracking using measurements and photos.
● Program changes as needed throughout the 8 weeks.

Contest Prep Training

This program is highly recommended for those planning to compete and will focus on your individual needs!
I have been competing in Fitness & Figure since 2003 just 5 months after the birth of my son. When I first began, I was amazed at how much there was to learn and really wished that I had someone with experience to guide me! Competing was so much more than putting on a suit and showing up on stage. Knowing what diet to follow, what training program would work best, how to tan, what suit to wear and where to find a great one, how I should use supplements, why the final week is so important, is this sport for me… just to name a few. Competing is my passion and I would love to share it with you! Let me use my combined knowledge as a certified personal trainer, NPC judge and an IFBB professional athlete to help you. I will take you every step of the way through your contest prep to help you step on stage in the best shape of your life.
My Contest Prep Training Program includes:
● Initial phone consultation to discuss your goals and help you with goal setting. We will discuss your strengths and weaknesses to determine what is possible for you.
● Full workouts designed for specifically for you - to take you day by day through your training. I give you exactly what to do exercise-by-exercise, rep-by-rep. These workouts will be changed as you progress toward your goals and as your physique changes. We will bust through plateaus and take you to the best shape of your life!
● Meal-by-meal nutrition plan & supplement plans which can really make the difference for a physique athlete. Diet truly is 80% of your results. Don’t let all your hard work go to waste with a nutrition plan that is not right for you, the female figure competitor.
● Cardiovascular outlines and drills to complement your training.
● Regular progress tracking with photos and measurements so we can be sure you are on the right path.
● Posing photo or video analysis and practice throughout our training program.
● Recommendations about suits, shoes, stage make-up and tanning.
● FULL final week details and a final week consultation to be sure that you are prepared for this pivotal week. I will take you through carb, sodium and water manipulation to bring your physique
● Post show analysis of your conditioning and recommendations for the critical week following your show.
This program will focus on your contest preparations and be structured around your contest timeline. I will be there to motivate you & push you toward your goals. I talk periodically with my clients on the phone and am always available via e-mail as we go along.

Competition Physique Evaluation
Are you considering competing in Figure or Fitness, but not sure if you could be competitive? Did you just finish a show and need help deciding what to do better next time? Is your posing really presenting your body in the best possible way? Do you have a feeling that some of the little details prevented you from placing as well as you should?
Get an honest evaluation of your contest physique and comments on everything from your conditioning and posing to your tan, suits, makeup and hair style.
Simply send me a few photos from your last competition and any questions that you have. I will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses and answer your questions to help you improve at your next show.
