Congratulations to Tracy Richardson who is this month's FitBody Client Spotlight.

Tracy is an incredibly dedicated woman who decided this summer to take control and make incredible changes in body and heart. It has been a long, exhausting road, but Tracy consistently goes the extra mile to make her dreams come true. She has gone from a woman that did not want to wear shorts at the gym to one that can walk on stage confidently in a Figure posing suit. As the winner of the Road to the Olympia contest for BodyBuilding.com, Tracy represented the team in Las Vegas and made herself known in the Fitness Industry.

From 5-9-08 to 10-30-08 (5 1/2 months) Tracy made the following progress...

She lost 25 lbs overall
Gained 5 lbs of muscle

Lost an INCREDIBLE 30 LBS OF FAT

and went from 26.6% body fat to 11.7% bodyfat.

That is a net loss of 14.9% - More than half of the body fat she started with!!!
