I placed 8th at the 2007 Fitness Olympia! I am so excited to have been able to compete with the best in the world on the Olympia stage and place 8th.

I have returned from New Jersey after taking 3rd Place in Atlantic City Pro Fitness! One of the toughest lineups to date for me prior to my Olympia debut!

Again, I feel that I have learned more and more after each show this year. I feel confident that I am well prepared to bring my best into the Fitness Olympia.

Building on my improvements in conditioning through the previous two shows....my posing, makeup, hairstyle and polish were key areas I worked on improving at this show. To be competitive in this sport, you need to focus on ALL areas...not just have a good physique in a pretty suit. I feel I brought the absolute best package possible.

Next week, I will be up against THE BEST...and making sure every little detail is in order will be key.

Thank you so much to all of you who have sent me well wishes and congratulations on my competitive accomplishments thus far. I appreciate your letters and e-mails more than you can imagine. Thank You : )

I returned home from one of my toughest competitions to date...I competed in the 2007 Europa Super Show.
I placed 4th with my absolute best package yet. While I have lots of pictures and video to review to make "minor" tweaks to my posing, my conditioning was spot on what I wanted to bring to this show.
Competing against Adela Garcia, Tanji Johnson, Mindi O'Brien and others presented me with the challenge to bring it all or go home disappointed.
I came into this show with confidence in my preparation. I am planning on making minor tweaks to be even better in Arkansas two weeks from now.
Wish me luck : )

CONGRATULATIONS Team FitBody. All of the ladies on the team looked fantastic and I'm so proud of all of you! I am so happy at not only how great you all looked, but at how much fun you were having. I know we all tend to concentrate on how well we want to do, but I am so glad we all had fun in the process.
In all, Team FitBody took home 10 trophies, including Jen Jackson's Overall Figure win. Congratulations ladies! I'm so proud to be working with all of you!
