Over the years, we have had many questions about the fitness modeling industry and what it is like to be part of a professional photo shoot. If you have dreamed of being on the cover or your favorite fitness magazine, you must first learn how to pose for the camera. Many women would love to be in the mags, but few do their homework and actually practice their modeling skills. Successful models do have good genetics and a great look but exceptional models - the ones that get those covers - take the time to practice and know how to move their body in a way that highlights their strengths while downplaying their weaknesses.

If you have competed in Figure before, you would not dream of stepping on stage without being properly prepared and practicing your posing. Modeling is much the same! Don't use your first big opportunity with a great photographer or magazine as your first practice.

We are excited to invite you to our Fitness Modeling seminar at the new Lohre Creative River Imaging Studio in Cincinnati, OH. This seminar is limited to 6 women to be sure that you get one on one, individual attention!

Here is what's included:

  • You will get to shoot with professional photographer Rick Lohre in a state of the art 6,000 sf photo studio.
  • Be coached throughout the shoots by Oxygen Cover Model and IFBB Fitness Pro, Julie Lohre
  • You will learn how to model in this hands on seminar experience
  • Get the true experience of a professional shoot.

Whether you want to find out what it takes to become a model, or if you need to practice your modeling skills in front of the camera or simply want to capture your personal best condition, this seminar will let you do just that.

This is the only seminar of its type in the Midwest and we are excited to bring this opportunity to our new state-of-the-art studio in Cincinnati. The day begins with seminars about fitness modeling and the industry followed by "in front of the camera" practice sessions with Julie at your side guiding you through posing and positioning and Rick behind the lens capturing your image. After a brief break for lunch, you will head to makeup and waredrobe then be back in front of the camera to experience a real professional photo shoot. With lots of time to practice, you will come out of the day with several photos to begin your modeling portofolio and submit to magazines. High Resolution Photos will be sent to you on disc 2-4 weeks after the shoots for your personal use.

We know how important practice is for the aspiring figure competitor and model, so we are holding the cost as low as possible. The full day seminar is $325 and includes lunch, makeup and all shoot expenses and instruction. For less than the cost of Rick's individual 1/2 day photo shoots you get the entire seminar and all instruction.

If you would like to capture more photos and looks, Rick is scheduling individual shoots on the following day at a significant discount to you. Personalized shoots - $150 Please E-mail me if you would like more information.

Itinerary: Saturday starts at 9 am and runs through 5 pm. Lunch will be provided at 12:00. For hotel and travel details, please e-mail me directly at julie@julielohre.com

We are looking forward to working with you and answering any questions you might have. Space is limited to the first 6 women that respond, but we will be starting a waitinglist of future sessions.

A few testimonials from our last session:

Rick, Julie,

The pictures are awesome! You both are amazing people and have given me the confidence to want to achieve my lifelong dream of modeling. You are so talented and professional.

The picture of me leaping through the air is one of the coolest pictures I have ever seen. I can’t believe it is me in the picture. As I told Julie this morning you are a miracle worker! I would love to shoot with you again. I gave my photos you sent me to my parents and they were very impressed. Hopefully if they do some more shots for McCoy Motorsports they might be interested in your shooting them. I gave them your card so we will see what happens.

Thank you again for all the help you both are great and I can’t wait to do it again!!!!!
April

Julie and Rick,

I wanted to thank you both again for a fun weekend at your posing/modeling clinic. It was a blast to get in front of the camera and play around; More so, because each of you offered expertise with ease, an exceptional attitude, and cheerfulness, together. I couldn't have imagined a smoother first-time experience.

I look forward to working with you both again in the future. You all are awesome and I'm grateful that I was invited to be part of a something inspiring and informative.

Thanks and rock on, per usual,

Allison
