One of the things you can do with chicken breast is to make them into a roulade. While a roulade can really be anything that you wrap around a filling of some sort (Hostess Ho Hos could be considered a roulade) typically they are some form of meat, usually poultry, wrapped around some tasty ingredients.
I eat this so much that they had no choice but to name it after me. I also have a cute little blue plastic bowl that I used just for this meal. Be sure not to overcook it though, or you will have a really hard cake on your hands : ) So simple!
Wow…this easy to make treat was ULTIMATELY satisfying. It makes a great off-season or lean gain diet “splurge.” Sorry pre-contest dieters, although it is very reasonable in calories, because of the Light Cream Cheese, this dessert will have to wait until show night.
