Directions
- 2 cans low sodium tomatoes
- 1 bag frozen cauliflower
- 1 bag frozen brocolli
- 1 bag mixed veggies of your choice
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 2 cups water
- Garlic and rosemary to taste
Place all ingredients in a large pot and let simmer for 30-40 mins. Wonderful way to get extra veggies in or combat hunger.
