Julie's Belgian Body Muscle Waffles

Directions

  • 2 Scoops Ulitmate Muscle Protein
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup COOKED oatmeal OR 1/2 cup toasted wheat bran (This sub cuts your calories from carbs to 75 cals!)
  • Enough water to make batter consistency

Cook oatmeal FIRST.  Mix all ingredients to a batter consistency. Place in waffle maker for 1-2 minutes. The longer you cook them, the more they taste like Belgian waffles. If you like them fluffier leave them in less time. Top with Splenda low-cal Syrup (35 cals/1/4 cup)

If you don't have a waffle maker, make pancakes. They are awesome too! Just add a bit more water. If you want these waffles to rise more, you could add in ½ cup of low fat Bisquik instead of oatmeal depending on your goals.

Top with Splenda sweetened syrup (No Cal version) - or - microwave 3-4 frozen strawberries and smash together as a topper for your waffles.

This recipe does not work with just any protein powder.  Ulitmate Muscle Protein is a MUST to make these waffles.  Get yours at my STORE
