If you are able to come to the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area frequently, you can consult directly with Julie in a unique new program that incorporates the best of the online training programs with personal meetings and tons of accountability/motivation.  Many of the women that I work with are busy and in need of straight-forward plans to follow that will help them focus specifically on their goals. They do not have the time or desire to do traditional personal training (doing workout sessions with a trainer multiple times per week). However, they seriously value the motivation and accountability that meeting with Julie every 2 weeks provides.

This program is very individualized and can be tailored specifically for competitors if desired.**

Meet in person with Julie every 2 weeks (4 - 30 min consultations every 8 weeks) 

  • Body Composition testing done at every meeting.
  • Workouts designed for specifically for you to take your daily training.  I give you exactly what to do exercise-by-exercise, rep-by-rep. These workouts will be changed as you progress toward your goals and as your physique changes.  We will bust through plateaus and take you to the best shape of your life!
  • Initial consultation to discuss your goals and help you with goal setting.  We will discuss your strengths and weaknesses to determine what is possible for you.
  • Complete nutrition & supplement plans that can really make the difference.  Diet truly is 80% of your fat loss/muscle building results.
  • Cardiovascular outlines and drills to complement your training.
  • Regular progress tracking with photos and measurements so we can be sure you are on the right path.
  • Goal setting exercises and consultation to stay on track and push toward the best you possible.
  • Exercise demo and form correction when needed

 ** Specifically for competitors:

  • Posing practice prior to your contest
  • Recommendations about suits, shoes, stage make-up and tanning.
  • Consultation about which contest(s) would be best for you.
  • FULL final week details and a final week consultation to be sure that you are prepared for this pivotal week.  I will take you through carb, sodium and water manipulation to bring your physique
  • Post show analysis of your conditioning and recommendations for the critical week following your show.
  • All program details will be structured around your contest timeline.
  • Consistent motivation and support from someone that knows what it is like to compete.
