My name is Penny McClung I am 21 years old and I current residence it Niceville Florida. I am a marketing director and Administrative Assistant. I am two semester away to complete my BAS in project management. My goal is to within the next 2 years or so have my own gym studio. I competed in my first show back in April, The Shannon Dey FItness and Figure Level V Classic, NPC. I trained for a good 8 weeks with Julie Lohre and she got me in the best shape that I could be in for my first show. I ended up going in to my show weighing 115 with 12% body-fat. When i started with Julie I weighed 125 with 20% body-fat. I placed 7th out of 13 girls in my class. I am a dedicated Beverly user and love all their supplements. I plan on to continue competing till I earn my pro card then i hope to take it from there and compete in the Arnold Classic and Miss Olympia. I also pursuing my dream of becoming a fitness model. Thanks to Julie Lohre I have been able to accomplish my goals and overcome the challenges.
What are your greatest fitness accomplishments so far? Competing in my first show and overcoming the hard work of the strict diet and the hours of cardio.
Are you involved in any fitness sports, if so, what and when did you start in your sport? I am current training to compete in the Galaxy.

What do you enjoy most about fitness? Seeing the changes in my physique and being able to overcome challenges. Fitness and Figure it NOT any easy sport.
What are your fitness goals? To earn my Pro card. Compete in the Arnold and Miss Olympia. Become a fitness model. I would also love to become a personal trainer and be able to do what Julie has done for me.
What motivates you to maintain a healthy lifestyle? Knowing that I am healthy and feeding my body the nutrients I need. And that fact that when it comes time to compete I really do not want to be standing up on stage in front of 1000's of people in a tiny bikini and not looking all that great. That is what really motivates me :)
Would you like to thank anyone? First and for most I would have to thank my boyfriend Greg. He has been the support for me through all my training and needless to say I was not a very nice person when it came down to the last 4 weeks of my training. Its not easy being in a relationship with a fitness athlete. I would also like to thank my friends and family for all their support. Thank you Julie for helping me get where I am at today. I would also like to recognize my best friend Alis ( also my trainer). She has taken what Julie has done for me and just made it look even better. I know that I got a long way to go but I can see that I am on my way to having the body I never thought I could have. Thank Alis and I love you girl!!!!
