I am a 37 year old mother of twins. I am a Salon owner/ hairdresser, personal trainer and also a Foster parent. I have always participated in sports and aerobics classes since I was a young girl. I just started competing last fall 07, It is now a hobby of mine. I love to work-out and help other women feel good about themselves!
What are your greatest fitness accomplishments so far? Competing and placing in my classes.
What do you enjoy most about fitness? Feeling Good about myself , setting goals and knowing I can do anything I set my mind to.
What are your fitness goals? Competing and staying in shape and being a role model to other mothers and women!
What motivates you to maintain a healthy lifestyle? When I look in the mirror everyday and see how I have changed my Body!
What is the best part about working with Julie? She is a very compassionate person and I know deep down she loves what she does! It not only shows from the outside but from the inside also! I love ya Julie thanks..........
What is the worst part about working with Julie? Not getting to see her as often as I would have liked to and train with her!
Favorite 'diet' food: Protein Pancakes!!!!!
