I am 31 years old. I own my own real estate company and am a real estate broker. I am also a partner and vice president of my husband's residential building business.  For me, weight training has been a passion since the age of 15. When I was 18 years old, I took first place in two weight lifting contests.  Since then, I have toned down the heavy lifting and become more interested in toning and sculpting.  Last year, I competed in my very first figure competition.  That was a goal I had wanted to achieve for the past 4 years.  I final did it and took third place.  What a huge accomplishment!  I achieved a goal and actually placed too.  I could not have done it without the help of Julie!  She was very knowledgeable about the right kind of weight training to do. Along with how much cardio and what type was needed to get results.  She also guided me through the diet, right up to the very time before I walked on stage for the show! It was so helpful and appreciated!  I would have been clueless without her.  She was very patient and never gave up on me.  Julie also helped me pick out the right suits, makeup and tanning tips for the big day.  I did the online contest prep she offers and also attended a posing clinic in her home town.  Having the chance to meet her was wonderful!  She is such a wonderful person with so much positive, upbeat energy.  I would definitely use Julie's services again for future competitions!  Thank you so much Julie! You are the BEST~:)
