Dear Rick,
 The summer heat is upon us and here in the Kentucky, we are spending a good portion of our days at the pool since the ocean is a plane ride away. No matter where you chose to cool off, I know you want to be looking your best. Summer is THE time to keep your clean eating habits in check and to make extra time for your own workouts. Whether you need to wake up early to make it to the gym on your way to work or head to the local park to do some pushups and sprints while the kids play, be sure to carve out some FITNESS time in your busy schedule. Get your summer started right - include some type of workout everyday! You will quickly notice the positive effect on both your energy and your outlook. And while you are feeling great, why not pass that feeling on? Notice another woman that has been working hard? You know, the one across from you in the aerobics class every Wed? Give her a complement, TODAY! Nothing makes you feel better than when another in-shape woman notices that hard work you have been doing. We can all use a little confidence boost from time to time.
